Personal Training at TSC offers an extremely high level of advice and depth of training.

Conducted on a one to one basis, varied training sessions and structured goal setting will keep focus and improve motivation, plus nutritional examination is also available.

Personal Training will help reduce the risk of injury, so it is great for both beginners wishing to learn new techniques right the way, through to individuals with exemplary levels of fitness wanting every aspect of their routine analysed. You will literally be able to see the results!

 Why not try PT to kick start your health and fitness goals. Sessions can be purchased a session at a time, or commit to 10 sessions and receive the 10th free!
